You have to read and accept Terms of Use OR you have to complay with leader insctrustion based on those terms any time you'll be asked to not doing things considered by NovaWorld as banneble offence, so mainly (but not only limited to) those you can be reported for:
Cheating Vulgarity Co-Oping Stat Padding Team sabotage Offensive Name Threats or Harassment Name or Squad Impersonation

Relations
Fulfill leader’s instructions without delay (or with relative time).
Do not lie to your squad mates and never enter other players of DFX community into mistake or act against them.
Both on forum and in game/ventrilo speak English so others will be able to understand you.
Beside playing with same tag we also want to be bunch of friends why everyone who wants to be amongst us is obligated to join our forum’s life by posting/replying at least once a week or 4 per month.
Attitude
Do not offend and publicly suspect neither your fellow-members nor other players whatever in game, NovaWorld or within forums of their clans.
Do not criticize on anybody for his style of playing or low level of skills also learn to be slef-possesed instead of use in-game chat for spamming, arrguing or else whining if playing goes bad for you.
Account
Because there are place for 16 characters for your Nova name where –CAD-(space) takes 6 of them your name must be contained within 10 characters at most.
Never use our tag for more than one of your characters and never share your account with any other person. Besides using other non CAD characters of your account still you have to act according to our rule.
Never take off or change name on character you declared to play with in our clan till you do it on Nova servers or playing competitions our clan attends on although you can delete your current stats to start playing with same name you used before or switch your clan name to other character of your account.
Participation
As member of our clan you can not be member of any other DFX squad.
You have to be sure of your participation in our clan - once you joined we won't tolerate later you leave us to play solo or switch clan. If it ever happen you'll go on our 'black list'.
You can’t recruit players for new members but if you think that some noticed by you player is up to our standard you may send him to Join us section of CAD website as well as contact him with Polak.
Do not ask current members of other squads to think over a try of joining our clan.
GamePlay
Always be available on xfire and connected to our ventrilo during playing DFX.
While playing DFX try to join team where your clan’s mates are. You can do it easily waiting for signal of one of your mates who let you know on xfire/ventrilo when to join to be in same team.
Pay attention to your Kill/Death ratio and overall score. Don't let yourself to be killed dozen times in a row because of your desire to complete someting ASAP.
If you would play most time on Public servers then CAD clan is not for you.
Inactivity
Remeber to post in Inactivity topic you're going to be inactive each time you have to be away for week or longer.
If you'll stop playing for more than 1,5 month you'll be asked to leave us but any time after that you decide to be back to DFX of course you'll be also welcome to CAD.
We are aware above rules are not perfect. They don't contain all possible cases there can happen so we reserve right to improve them any time we acknowledge there is must to do any change. In addition we assume in some little % these rules won't always work - sometimes in exreme cases when that's necessary they can be bent to our needs.
